A resolution to appoint Ms. Jean Hill to the St. Charles Parish Communications District representing the St. Charles Parish Hospital.

WHEREAS, There exists a vacancy on the ST. CHARLES PARISH COMMUNICATIONS DISTRICT; due to the resignation of Mr. Fred Martinez on December 17, 2014; and,
WHEREAS, It is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Ms. Jean Hill P.O. Box 87, Luling, LA 70070 is hereby appointed to fill the unexpired term on the ST. CHARLES PARISH COMMUNICATIONS DISTRICT; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said appointment shall be effective IMMEDIATELY and shall expire AUGUST 19, 2018.
The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the resolution was declared adopted this day of , 2015, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
