Title
An ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of 1981, Ordinance No. 81-10-6, adopted October 19, 1981 to approve the change of zoning classification from R-1AM to R-1A along Wenger Road, Des Allemands, LA as requested by Councilman District IV, Derryl Walls on behalf of the residents of Wenger Road.
Body
WHEREAS, the residents of Wenger Road have made request of Derryl Walls, District IV Councilman to change the zoning from R-1AM to R1-A in an effort to restrict future mobile homes on Wenger Road; and,
WHEREAS, of the 26 property owners of Wenger Road (18) property owners have replied with there support to change the zoning from R-1AM to R1-A as of this date.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. An Ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of 1981, Ordinance No. 81-10-6, adopted October 19, 1981, to approve the change of zoning classification from R-1AM to R-1A along Wenger Road, Des Allemands, LA as requested by Councilman District IV, Derryl Walls on behalf of the residents of Wenger Road.
SECTION II. To authorize the Department of Planning & Zoning to amend the official St. Charles Parish Zoning Maps to reflect this reclassification from R-1AM to R-1A along Wenger Road, Des Allemands, LA as requested by Councilman District IV, Derryl Walls on behalf of the residents of Wenger Road.
