A resolution changing the structure of the Operations, Maintenance, and Construction Management Committee from a five member Committee to the Council as a whole.
Body
WHEREAS,      Operations, Maintenance, and Construction Management Committee provides valuable information to the Public; and,
WHEREAS,      the Council as a whole will require five members present for a quorum to discuss and provide valuable information.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, do hereby change the structure of the Operations, Maintenance, and Construction Management Committee from a five member Committee to the Council as a whole.
