Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Marcelian Naquin - "The Hair Shack." - a hair salon at 16166 Hwy. 631, Des Allemands, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Marcelian Naquin would require Louisiana State licensing for a hair salon.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Marcelian Naquin, 16166 Hwy. 631, Des Allemands, La. is for - "The Hair Shack." - a hair salon is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Marcelian Naquin a home occupation permit for a hair salon.
