ORDINANCE NO.
Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of a Professional Services Agreement with Richard C. Lambert Consultants, LLC., (RCLC), to perform engineering services for Barber Road Bank Stabilization (Project No. P210702), not to exceed $243,028.00.
Body
WHEREAS, St. Charles Parish desires to reinforce portions of the canal embankment adjacent to Barber Road to stabilize Barber Road; and,
WHEREAS, the project will provide bank stabilization by installing sheet piles along the south side of Barber Road from Wisner Street and South Street; and,
WHEREAS, the Professional Services Agreement between St. Charles Parish and Richard C. Lambert Consultants, LLC., describes the details of the proposed services and compensation.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Professional Services Agreement between St. Charles Parish and Richard C. Lambert Consultants, LLC., to perform engineering services as required by the Department of Public Works for Barber Road Bank Stabilization (Project No. P210702), not to exceed $243,028.00 is hereby approved and accepted.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of St. Charles Parish.
The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this day of , 2021, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
