RESOLUTION NO.
Title
A resolution authorizing the Chairman or the Secretary to offer no objection to Bridgeline Gas Distribution, LLC, CUP #P991139, for a permit to install approximately 4,200' of two 10" pipelines, approximately 11,100' of one 6", approximately 24,600' of one 6" pipeline, and a 100' x 50' valve site. The two 6" & two 10" pipelines will begin at the Orion Refinery on the east bank of the Mississippi River; the two 10" pipelines will terminate on the west bank of the Mississippi River, in St. Charles Parish.

BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Charles Parish Council acting as the Governing Authority of the Parish:
SECTION I. That the Chairman or the Secretary be and is hereby authorized to offer NO OBJECTION in connection with the application of Bridgeline Gas Distribution, LLC, to install approximately 4,200' of two 10" pipelines, approximately 11,100' of one 6", approximately 24,600' of one 6" pipeline, and a 100' x 50' valve site. The two 6" & two 10" pipelines will begin at the Orion Refinery on the east bank of the Mississippi River; the two 10" pipelines will terminate on the west bank of the Mississippi River, in St. Charles Parish.
SECTION II. That the offer of no objection shall be issued contingent upon the said Bridgeline Gas Distribution, LLC., their transferees and/or assigns agreeing to and complying with the provision that should changes in the conditions in the vicinity be required in the future, they will make such changes as may be necessary to satisfactorily meet the situation and shall bear the cost thereof.
SECTION III. That a copy of this resolution shall be forwarded to all interested parties.
