BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Charles Parish Council acting as the Governing Authority of the Parish:
      SECTION I.  That the Chairman or the Secretary be and is hereby authorized to offer a STRONG OBJECTION in connection with the application of Herbert D. Hughes Estate Trust, EM-19-990-0866-1 for a permit to install and maintain an anchor pile, buoy, and chain to add two tiers of barges to a previously permitted barge fleet and expand the width of the permitted barge fleet tiers in the Mississippi River, left descending bank, at a point about 122.8 above the Head of Passes, at Destrehan, in St. Charles Parish, Louisiana.
      SECTION II.  That the offer of STRONG OBJECTION is issued per the attached Exhibit A.
SECTION III.  That a copy of this resolution shall be forwarded to all interested parties.
