Title
A resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization to endorse the resubdivision of portion of Lot 5 of a subdivision of portion of Lot 1 of Ormond Plantation located at 103 Schexnaydre Lane, Destrehan into Lots 5A-1 and 5A-2 with a waiver to minimum frontage requirement from 60-feet to 52.50 feet as requested by David and Mary Schexnaydre.
Body
WHEREAS,      The St. Charles Parish Subdivision Ordinance of 1981 (as amended) requires a supporting resolution of the Parish Council to waive the frontage width for all lots; and,
WHEREAS,      the applicant requested a waiver to lot width from 60-feet to 53.50 feet; and,
WHEREAS,      the Planning and Zoning Commission at their September 5, 2013 meeting approved PZS-2013-26 and recommended approval of the noted waiver.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, does hereby provide this supporting resolution to David & Mary Schexnaydre for resubdivision of a portion of Lot 5 of a subdivision of portion of Lot 1 of Ormond Plantation located at 103 Schexnaydre Lane, Destrehan into Lots 5A-1 and 5A-2 with a waiver to the minimum frontage requirement from 60 feet to 52.50 feet.
