A resolution to appoint Ms. Mary Lou Sumrall to the St. Charles Parish Children and Youth Planning Board representing the education community.

WHEREAS, There exists a vacancy on the ST. CHARLES PARISH CHILDREN AND YOUTH PLANNING BOARD due to the expiration of the term of Ms. Mary Lou Sumrall on November 1, 2014 ; and,
WHEREAS, It is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy; and,
BE IT RESOLVED, that __Ms. Mary Lou Sumrall 104 Cottage Drive, Luling, LA 70070_____________________________ be appointed to the ST. CHARLES PARISH CHILDREN AND YOUTH PLANNING BOARD ; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this appointment shall be effective as of NOVEMBER 1, 2014 and terminate NOVEMBER 1, 2016.
The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
