Title
A resolution to appoint Ms. Ingrid G. Adams to the St. Charles Parish Communications District.
Body
WHEREAS,      There exists a vacancy on the      ST. CHARLES PARISH COMMUNICATIONS DISTRICT; due to the expiration of the term of Mr. Henry LeBoyd on  August 19, 2010  ; and,
WHEREAS,      It is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that       Ms. Ingrid G. Adams   309 Turtle Creek Lane, St. Rose, Louisiana 70087       is hereby appointed to the   ST. CHARLES PARISH COMMUNICATIONS DISTRICT; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said appointment shall be effective AUGUST 19, 2010 and shall expire  AUGUST 19, 2014 .
