Title
An ordinance of the Parish of St. Charles providing that the Code of Ordinances, Parish of St. Charles, be amended by revising Section 15-5, Motor Vehicles and Traffic, of said Code, to provide for the installation of "NO PARKING" signs on both sides of Ash Street starting from the Pine Street side of the driveway located at 322 Ash Street up to its intersection with Pine Street in Boutte.

THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. Traffic control signs have been posted by the Department of Public Works since the adoption of Ordinance No. 82-10-9.
SECTION II. Vehicles parking on both sides of this street are repeatedly causing an obstruction for school buses, garbage trucks, and other vehicles.
SECTION III. In accordance with Section 15-5, Motor Vehicles and Traffic, of the St. Charles Parish Code of Ordinances, the Department of Public Works is hereby authorized to order the erection, removal and location of such traffic control signs, signals, devices and markings as provided in the chapter or any amendments thereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, DO HEREBY ORDAIN that "NO PARKING" signs be installed on both sides of Ash Street starting from the Pine Street side of the driveway located at 322 Ash Street up to its intersection with Pine Street in Boutte.
The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
