IN   RECOGNITION

WHEREAS,                     Kaitlyn Rose Kramer is a resident of St. Charles Parish residing in Boutte, Louisiana with her parents Peter and Melanie Kramer, her brother Johnathon, and her sisters Nora and Latasha; and,

WHEREAS,                     Kaitlyn is a Junior at Hahnville High School and proudly represents her school in the 4-H club, Beta club, Interact club, JROTC program, and the choir; and,

WHEREAS,                     Kaitlyn enjoys spending time with her friends, singing, community service at a variety of places, meeting new people, shopping, being creative and doing projects; and,

WHEREAS,                     July 11, 2015, Kaitlyn was crowned Boutte River Region Lion’s Club Teen Queen III; and,

WHEREAS,                     Kaitlyn proudly represents the Boutte River Region Lions club at fairs, festivals, pageants with her fellow rhinestone sisters, and events throughout Louisiana.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL AND THE PARISH PRESIDENT, do hereby offer this tribute and recognition to
