Title
An ordinance to amend the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981, to change the zoning classification from R-1A(M) and M-1 to R-1M on approximately 23,700 sq. ft. of Lots 89A-6-A1-A, 89A-6-B, and 89A-6-C, Coteau de France or Ranson Tract, 16459, 16479, and 16481 LA 631, Des Allemands, as requested by Donald and Annabel Hogan.
Body
WHEREAS, the property owner requests rezoning from R-1A(M) and M-1 to R-1M on approximately 23,700 sq. ft. of Lots 89A-6-A1-A, 89A-6-B, and 89A-6-C, Coteau de France or Ranson Tract, 16459, 16479, and 16481 LA 631, Des Allemands, as requested by Donald and Annabel Hogan; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Department recommended approval of the request; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the request at its regular meeting of February 4, 2021.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. The Zoning Ordinance of 1981 is amended to change the zoning classification from R-1A(M) and M-1 to R-1M on approximately 23,700 sq. ft. of Lots 89A-6-A1-A, 89A-6-B, and 89A-6-C, Coteau de France or Ranson Tract, 16459, 16479, and 16481 LA 631, Des Allemands, as requested by Donald and Annabel Hogan.
SECTION II. The Department of Planning and Zoning is authorized to amend the Official Zoning Map, St. Charles Parish, Louisiana to reflect this reclassification from R-1A(M) and M-1 to R-1M on approximately 23,700 sq. ft. of Lots 89A-6-A1-A, 89A-6-B, and 89A-6-C, Coteau de France or Ranson Tract, 16459, 16479, and 16481 LA 631, Des Allemands, as requested by Donald and Annabel Hogan.
The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
