Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Delbert L. Burris - "Burris Carpentry." - trim, carpentry / cabinet installations at 208 River Village Drive, Destrehan, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Delbert L. Burris would require Louisiana State licensing for trim, carpentry / cabinet installations.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Delbert L. Burris, 208 River Village Drive, Destrehan, La is for - "Burris Carpentry" - trim, carpentry / cabinet installations is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Delbert L. Burris a home occupation permit for trim, carpentry / cabinet installations.

And the ordinance was declared adopted this ______ day of _________, 2006, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
