IN   RECOGNITION
 
 
WHEREAS,      Cari Jo Allums is a resident of St. Bernard Parish, residing in Chalmette, Louisiana with her parents Chad and Beth Allums; and,
 
WHEREAS,      Cari is a 2015 graduate of Chalmette High School and will be attending Nicholls State University in the Fall to pursue a degree in Nursing; and,
 
WHEREAS,      in her spare time, Cari enjoys helping out with her Catholic youth group, spending time with family and friends, and do-it-yourself crafts; and,
 
WHEREAS,      on June 7, 2014, Cari was crowned the 19th Louisiana Catfish Teen Queen at the annual Louisiana Catfish Festival Pageant held at the Father Mac Community Center at St. Gertrude Catholic Church in Des Allemands.
 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL AND THE PARISH PRESIDENT, do hereby offer this tribute and recognition to
