An Ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of 1981, Ordinance No. 81-10-6, adopted October 19, 1981 for a change in zoning classification from R-1A to OL with a waiver to the required minimum lot size from 20,000 square feet to 8,000 square feet at 343 Down the Bayou Road, Des Allemands, La., as requested by Nelda Candies and David Stidham.

THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. .An Ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of 1981, Ordinance No. 81-10-6, adopted October 19, 1981, to approve the change of zoning classification from R-1A to OL with a waiver to the required minimum lot size from 20,000 square feet to 8,000 square feet at 343 Down the Bayou Road, Des Allemands, La., as requested by Nelda Candies and David Stidham.
SECTION II. To authorize the Department of Planning & Zoning to amend the official St. Charles Parish Zoning Maps to reflect this reclassification of R-1A to OL with a waiver to the required minimum lot size from 20,000 square feet to 8,000 square feet at 343 Down the Bayou Road, as requested by Nelda Candies and David Stidham.
