Title
A resolution to confirm the appointment of Mr. Carl J. Cantrelle, Jr. as a Member to the Southeast Regional Airport Authority.
Body
WHEREAS, by virtue of Act 927, of the 2008 Regular Session of the Louisiana Legislature, signed into law by the Governor of the State of Louisiana on July 14, 2008, the Parish President shall appoint one member to the Southeast Regional Airport Authority, who shall be a resident of St. Charles Parish; and,
WHEREAS, said appointment requires the concurrence of two-thirds of the Members of the St. Charles Parish Council.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, do hereby confirm and concur with the appointment of Mr. Carl J. Cantrelle, Jr., 364 Alice Street, Ama, LA 70031, to the Southeast Regional Airport Authority, serving a term concurrent with the appointing authority.
