RESOLUTION NO.
Title
A resolution appointing Mr. Larry August to the Zoning Board of Adjustment as the District I Representative.
Body
WHEREAS, There exists a vacancy on the ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT due to the expiration of the term of Mr. Larry August on December 7, 2004; and,
WHEREAS, The Council is desirous of filling this vacancy; and,
BE IT RESOLVED, that Mr. Larry August, P. O. Box 487, Hahnville, LA 70057 be appointed to the ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this appointment shall be effective as of DECEMBER 7, 2004 and terminate DECEMBER 7, 2008.

The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the resolution was declared adopted this day of , 2004, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
