Title

An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Ron Price for - "Capt. Ron's Charters" - a saltwater fishing business at 322 St. John Street, Luling, La.

Body

WHEREAS,      the St. Charles Parish Council has established the requirement of both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,

WHEREAS,      the proposed home occupation of Ron Price would require Louisiana Wildlife and Fisheries approval for operating a saltwater fishing business.

THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:

      SECTION I.      That the described home occupation application by Ron Price, 322 St. John Street, Luling, for - "Capt. Ron's Charters" - a saltwater fishing business.

      SECTION II.      That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Ron Price a home occupation permit for a saltwater fishing business.
