Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Michael & Shannon Knowles - "Knowles Plumbing" - a plumbing business at 520 Kellogg Drive, Luling, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Michael & Shannon Knowles would require Louisiana State licensing for a plumbing business.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Michael & Shannon Knowles, 520 Kellogg Drive, Luling, La. is for - "Knowles Plumbing" - a plumbing business is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Michael & Shannon Knowles a home occupation permit for a plumbing business.
