Arrangement requiring lots to possess frontage on a street and from the Zoning Ordinance of 1981 Section VI. Zoning District Criteria and Regulations, B. Residential Districts [I.] R-1A. 2. Spatial Requirements a. as requested by Victor Buccola.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Subdivision Ordinance of 1981 requires that the St. Charles Parish Council endorse waivers from subdivisions; and,
WHEREAS, the subdivider has requested a waiver from the requirements for lots to possess frontage on a street or roadway; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission approved the requested waiver at their April 4, 2019 meeting.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, hereby provides this supporting authorization to endorse the waiver from the Subdivision Regulations and Zoning District Requirements to allow resubdivision into two lots with less than 60 feet of width on a street, as shown on a plan by Cody DiMarco dated 2/26/19 as requested by Victor Buccola.
The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the resolution was declared adopted this day of , 2019, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
