IN   RECOGNITION

 

 

 

WHEREAS,                     Maya Rochon Ruffin is a resident of St. Charles Parish residing in Destrehan, Louisiana with her parents Dexter and Shelly Ruffin and her sisters, Taylor and Layla; and,

 

 

 

WHEREAS,                     on August 7, 2016, Maya was crowned the 10th Miss Festival of Charities Queen at the annual Festival of Charities Pageant held at the American Legion Hall in St. Rose.

 

 

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL AND THE PARISH PRESIDENT, do hereby offer this tribute and recognition to
