A resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization to the Tyrone & Laura Cooper to endorse the positive Planning & Zoning Commission decision regarding PZS-2005-63 for a survey and resubdivision of an unnumbered, unlettered 100 ft. lot located in the C. Natis Tract recited as being 67 ft. in depth and is actually located 674.5 ft. along Paul Maillard Road from Hackberry Lane into Lots “A” & “B”, located in Section 12, T13S R21E near Luling, St. Charles Parish, La., with to waiver to the minimum square foot and width requirements for land zoned CR-01.

WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981 (as amended) requires both Planning & Zoning Commission approval and a supporting resolution of the Parish Council for a waiver to minimum square foot and width requirements; and,
WHEREAS, the property owners the Tyrone & Laura Cooper, wish to subdivide an unnumbered, unlettered 100 ft. lot located in the C. Natis Tract recited as being 67 ft. in depth and is actually located 674.5 ft. along Paul Maillard Road from Hackberry Lane into Lots “A” & “B”, located in Section 12, T13S R21E near Luling, St. Charles Parish, LA; and,
WHEREAS, the property owner has requested a waiver to minimum square foot and width requirements for Lots “A” & “B”, located in Section 12, T13S R21E near Luling, St. Charles Parish, La.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, does hereby provide this supporting resolution to the Tyrone & Laura Cooper to endorse the positive Planning & Zoning Commission decision regarding PZS-2005-63 for a survey and resubdivision of an unnumbered, unlettered 100 ft. lot located in the C.
