Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing a Home Occupation operated by Joseph (Tony) Cancienne III - "All American Siding & Remodeling" - a contractor at 359 Courville Drive, Luling.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code of Ordinances, Appendix A, Section XXII states that home occupation applications requiring state permits or licenses must be forwarded to the Parish Council for public hearing and decision with a recommendation from the Planning Department and Commission; and,
WHEREAS, the home occupation for "All American Siding & Remodeling" a contractor requires licensing by the Louisiana State Licensing Board for Contractors; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission placed the following stipulations on the home occupation:
1. The applicant submits photos of the work trailer to the Department of Planning & Zoning
2. The work trailer shall be parked only on the applicant's driveway
3. No business signage shall be placed on applicant's property.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the application by Joseph (Tony) Cancienne III - "All American Siding & Remodeling" - a contractor at 359 Courville Drive, Luling, is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is authorized to issue said home occupation permit to Joseph (Tony) Cancienne III - "All American Siding & Remodeling" - a contractor at 359 Courville Drive, Luling with the following stipulations:
1. The applicant submits photos of the work trailer to the Department of Planning & Zoning
2. The work trailer shall be parked only on the applicant's driveway
3. No business signage shall be placed on applicant's property
