A resolution changing the structure of the Contract/Finance and Administrative Committee from a seven member Committee to the Council as a whole.
Body
WHEREAS,      Contract/Finance and Administrative Committee provides valuable information to the Public; and,
WHEREAS,      the Council as a whole will require five members present for a quorum to discuss and provide valuable information.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, do hereby change the structure of the Contract/Finance and Administrative Committee from a seven member Committee to the Council as a whole.
