Title
An ordinance to revoke and abandon a sewer servitude on Lot 27, of Lakewood Estates, Phase 2 Subdivision, Luling, LA.
Body
WHEREAS, certain property was laid out for use as a sewer servitude, as indicated on a survey by Michael D. Bernard June 21, 2005 and recorded at COB 655, folio 271; and,
WHEREAS, the property, does not currently house a sewer line nor is there a need for the servitude for future use; and,
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Council desires to revoke said sewer servitude as indicated on a survey by Michael D. Bernard, dated June 21, 2005, pursuant to Chapter 2 Sec. 2-4 of the St. Charles Parish Code of Ordinances.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Act of Revocation of a sewer servitude on lot 27, of Lakewood Estates, Phase 2 Subdivision, Luling, LA, is hereby approved and accepted.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Act of Revocation.
