Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Kip Bergeron for - "Affordable Plumbing Repair, LLC" - a plumbing repair service at 897 Magnolia Ridge Road, Boutte, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Council has established the requirement of both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Kip Bergeron would require Louisiana State licensing for a plumbing repair service.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Kip Bergeron 897 Magnolia Ridge Road, Boutte is for - "Affordable Plumbing Repair, LLC" - a plumbing repair service.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Kip Bergeron a home occupation permit for a plumbing repair service.
