ORDINANCE NO. ___________
Title
An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of an Agreement with the St. Charles Parish Department of Community Services and the St. Charles Parish School Board for a Summer Food Service Program.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Department of Community Services is the sponsor for the Summer Food Program; and,
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish School Board has implemented a fee schedule for use of its facilities during the program; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to approve said agreement.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the agreement for Summer Food Service Program Facilities by and between the St. Charles Parish Council and the St. Charles Parish School Board is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf of the St. Charles Parish Council.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
