A resolution to appoint Reverend Kendall Pierre, Sr., to the St. Charles Parish Children and Youth Planning Board representing the faith-based community.

WHEREAS, There exists a vacancy on the ST. CHARLES PARISH CHILDREN AND YOUTH PLANNING BOARD due to the expiration of the term of Reverend Kendall Pierre on November 1, 2014; and,
WHEREAS, It is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy; and,
BE IT RESOLVED, that _Reverend Kendall Pierre, Sr., 320 Kennedy Street, Ama, LA 70031 be appointed to the ST. CHARLES PARISH CHILDREN AND YOUTH PLANNING BOARD; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this appointment shall be effective as of NOVEMBER 1, 2104 and terminate NOVEMBER 1, 2016 .
The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the resolution was declared adopted this _____ day of ___________, 2014, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
