Title
An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of Change Order No. One (1) for the Stanton Hall Drive Crossing to increase the contract time by 41 calendar days.
Body
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I.      That Ordinance No. 99-4-10 adopted April 5, 1999, by the St. Charles Parish Council, approved and authorized the execution of a contract with C. R. Kirby Contractors, Inc. for the construction of the Stanton Hall Drive Crossing in the amount of $263,285.90; and,
SECTION II.  That it is necessary to increase the contract time by 41 calendar days.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, do hereby approve and authorize the execution of Change Order No. One (1) to the contract for the Stanton Hall Drive Crossing to increase the contract time by 41 calendar days; and,
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute this Change Order to the contract.
