WHEREAS,                     Terry Chiasson, a resident of St. Charles Parish, resides in Bayou Gauche, Louisiana with his wife Perri Lynn; and,

 

WHEREAS,                     Terry, began working for St. Charles Parish in 1982 when he was just 21 years old as a Laborer in the Public Works Department, and a year later, he was promoted to Equipment Operator I.  In 1984, he was promoted to Equipment Operator II, and 6 months later, to Equipment Operator IV and has remained in that job until his retirement; and,

 

WHEREAS,                     Terry was selected as the 2014 St. Charles Parish Employee of the Year; and,

 

WHEREAS,                     on August 20, 2015, Terry will retire after 33 years of dedicated public service to the residents of St. Charles Parish.  His knowledge, dedication, and work ethic will be missed.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL AND THE PARISH PRESIDENT, do hereby express our sincere appreciation and recognize
