THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
WHEREAS, the 2020 St. Charles Parish Consolidated Operating and Capital Budget was adopted November 4, 2019 by Ordinance No.19-11-3; and amended January 15, 2020 by Executive Order No. 2020-01; February 6, 2020 by Executive Order No. 2020-02; March 5, 2020 by Executive Order No. 2020-03; May 15, 2020 by Executive Order No. 2020-04; May 19, 2020 by Executive Order No. 2020-05; May 29, 2020 by Executive Order No. 2020-06; June 16, 2020 by Executive Order No. 2020-07; June 25, 2020 by Executive Order No. 2020-08; June 29, 2020 by Executive Order No. 2020-09; July 20, 2020 by Executive Order No. 2020-10; July 6, 2020 by Ordinance No. 20-7-3; July 20, 2020 by Executive Order No. 2020-11; July 30, 2020 by Executive Order No. 2020-12; July 30, 2020 by Executive Order No. 2020-13; August 5, 2020 by Executive Order No. 2020-14; September 24, 2020 by Executive Order No. 2020-15; October 21, 2020 by Executive Order No. 2020-16; October 30, 2020 by Executive Order No. 2020-17; December 1, 2020 by Executive Order No. 2020-18; December 11, 2020 by Executive Order No. 2020-19; December 16, 2020 by Executive Order No. 2020-20; and,
WHEREAS, the Council has taken under consideration the study of the amendment to the St. Charles Parish Consolidated Operating and Capital Budget for fiscal year 2020 as shown by the Revision Schedule.
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with the provisions of Article V, Sections D, E, and F of the St. Charles Parish Home Rule Charter and with the Louisiana Local Government Budget Act (R.S. 39:1301 et. seq.), the St. Charles Parish Council does hereby ordain to adopt the 2020 St. Charles Parish Consolidated Opera...
