Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Mary and Richard Ruffino, 360 Rosedale Drive, Destrehan, LA for "Ruffino's Artichokes and Stuff", a wholesale catering business to sell stuffed artichokes.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Council has established the requirement of both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those Home Occupations requiring State Agency Approval for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed Home Occupation of Mary & Richard Ruffino would require a Louisiana Department of Health and Hospital approval for the operation of a catering business.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described Home Occupation Application by Mary and Richard Ruffino, 360 Rosedale Drive, Destrehan, LA is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning and Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Mary and Richard Ruffino a home occupation permit for "Ruffino's Artichokes and Stuff", a wholesale catering business to sell stuffed artichokes.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this _____ day of _________, 1999 to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
