A resolution to appoint Mr. Henry LeBoyd to the St. Charles Parish Communications District.

WHEREAS, There exists a vacancy on the ST. CHARLES PARISH COMMUNICATIONS DISTRICT; due to the expiration of the term of Mr. Henry LeBoyd on August 19, 2006 ; and,
WHEREAS, It is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Mr. Henry LeBoyd 334 River Oaks Drive, Destrehan, LA 70047 is hereby appointed to the ST. CHARLES PARISH COMMUNICATIONS DISTRICT; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said appointment shall be effective IMMEDIATELY and shall expire AUGUST 19, 2010 .

The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
