Title
An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of a contract with Fleming Construction, Co., Inc. for the construction of Project S000601, Luling Oxidation Pond Wetland Assimilation in the amount of $91,920.00.
Body
WHEREAS, sealed bids were received by the Parish on November 15, 2005 for Luling Oxidation Pond Wetland Assimilation; and,
WHEREAS, St. Charles Parish Department of Wastewater has reviewed the bids and recommend that the contract be awarded to the low bidder, Fleming Construction, Co., Inc. in the amount of $91,920.00.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the bid of Fleming Construction, Co., Inc. for the construction of the Luling Oxidation Pond Wetland Assimilation in the amount of $91,920.00 is hereby accepted.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute the attached contract documents.
