An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of Amendment No. 11 to the Professional Services Agreement with Camp Dresser & McKee, Inc. to extend the professional services date in order to complete ongoing construction.
Body
WHEREAS, the Highway 3127 Lift Station construction project is expected to be completed no later than 31 May 2007; and,
WHEREAS, resident engineering services expire by contract on 31 December 2006; and,
WHEREAS, it is in the Parish's best interest to continue with these same resident engineering services through the completion of construction.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Professional Services Agreement between Camp Dresser & McKee, Inc. and the Parish of St. Charles be amended to extend the services date for resident engineering from 31 December 2006 to 31 May 2007.
