RESOLUTION NO.
Title
A resolution to appoint Mr. Randy D. Matherne to the St. Charles Parish Library Board of Control as the District IV Representative.
Body
WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the ST. CHARLES PARISH LIBRARY SERVICE DISTRICT BOARD OF CONTROL due to the expiration of the term of Mr. Glenn F. Gros on August 1, 2019; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Mr. Randy D. Matherne 125 Shamrock Drive, Des Allemands, LA 70030 is hereby appointed to the ST. CHARLES PARISH LIBRARY BOARD OF CONTROL as the District IV Representative.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this appointment shall be effective as of IMMEDIATELY and expire AUGUST 1, 2024.
The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the resolution was declared adopted this day of , 2019, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
