Title
An ordinance to rescind Ordinance No. 02-1-6 which approved and authorized the execution of a Railroad Crossing Agreement by and between Union Pacific Railroad Company, Ashton Plantation Estates, L.L.C. and the Parish of St. Charles.
Body
WHEREAS, on January 7, 2002, Ordinance No. 02-1-6 was adopted providing the approval of and authorization for the Parish President's execution of a Railroad Crossing Agreement by and between Union Pacific Railroad Company, Ashton Plantation Estates, L.L.C. and the Parish of St. Charles; and,
WHEREAS, that said Agreement has not been executed by the Parish President and will not be executed by and/on behalf of St. Charles Parish; and,
WHEREAS, said Ordinance No. 02-1-6 should be repealed by the St. Charles Parish Council.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS: that Ordinance No. 02-1-6 be and the same is hereby repealed.
