Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of William P. Edmondson II - "Edmondson Equipment, LLC" - contracting, rebuilding, demolition, etc. at 138 Dixie Drive, Des Allemands, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of William P. Edmondson II would require Louisiana State licensing for contracting, rebuilding, demolition, etc.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by William P. Edmondson II, 138 Dixie Drive, Des Allemands,, La. is for - "Edmondson Equipment, LLC" - contracting, rebuilding, demolition, etc. is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant William P. Edmondson II a home occupation permit for contracting, rebuilding, demolition, etc.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this ______ day of _________, 2006, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
