Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Jorge Rodriguez - "Rodriguez General Renovation & Flooring." - a contractor at 316 Luling Ave., Luling, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Jorge Rodriguez would require Louisiana State licensing for a contractor.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Jorge Rodriguez, 316 Luling Ave., Luling, La. is for - "Rodriguez General Renovation & Flooring." - a contractor is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Jorge Rodriguez a home occupation permit for a contractor.

And the ordinance was declared adopted this ______ day of _________, 2006, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
