An ordinance to approve the resubdivision of Lot K-2A4-1 into Lot K-2A4-1A, Lot K-2A4-1-B, Lot K-2A4-1-B and Lot K-2A4-1-C, Almedia or Patterson Plantation, Section 40, T12S, R9E, all located at 279, 299, and 311 Almedia Road, St. Rose, as requested by William Kingsmill, Almedia Business Park LLC.

WHEREAS, At their March 31, 2016 meeting, the Planning Commission recommended ____________ of PZS-2016-05, resubdivision of Lot K-2A4-1 into Lot K-2A4-1A, Lot K-2A4-1-B, Lot K-2A4-1-B and Lot K-2A4-1-C, Almedia or Patterson Plantation, Section 40, T12S, R9E, all located at 279, 299, and 311 Almedia Road, St. Rose, as requested by William Kingsmill, Almedia Business Park LLC; and,
WHEREAS, The St. Charles Parish Subdivision Ordinance of 1981 (as amended) stipulates that consideration of a minor resubdivision by the Planning and Zoning Commission also requires approval by the St. Charles Parish Council.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That PZS-2016-05, a resubdivision of Lot K-2A4-1 into Lot K-2A4-1A, Lot K-2A4-1-B, Lot K-2A4-1-B and Lot K-2A4-1-C, Almedia or Patterson Plantation, Section 40, T12S, R9E, all located at 279, 299, and 311 Almedia Road, St. Rose, as requested by William Kingsmill, Almedia Business Park LLC, is hereby approved.
SECTION II. The Parish President is hereby authorized to execute the attached surveys by Landmark Surveying, Inc. dated January 12, 2016 (revised ____________).
The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:




And the ordinance was declared adopted this ______ day of ___________ 2016, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
