A resolution to amend the Parish Council Rules to delete and reserve Rule 16. regarding the electronic voting system when inoperable or unavailable.
Body
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, do hereby delete and reserve Rule 16. as follows:
RULE 16. (AS WRITTEN)
If the electronic voting system is inoperable or unavailable and two or more members request the floor at the same time, the Chairman shall name the member who is to speak first.
RULE 16. (RESERVED)
The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the resolution was declared adopted this day of , 2019, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
