A resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization to Anthony Alack to endorse the positive Planning & Zoning Commission decision regarding PZS-2007-04 for a resubdivision Lots 21A & 24A, Square M, Good Hope Subdivision into Lots 21B, 23B & 24B, with waivers to minimum lot size for Lot 21B and minimum frontage width for Lot 23B, Square M, Good Hope Subdivision situated in Section 6, T12S R6E, Norco, St. Charles Parish, La.

WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981 (as amended) requires both Planning & Zoning Commission approval and a supporting resolution of the Parish Council for waivers to minimum lot size and frontage width for residential lots; and,
WHEREAS, the property owner, Anthony Alack wishes to subdivide Lots 21A & 24A, Square M, Good Hope Subdivision into Lots 21B, 23B & 24B, located in Section 6, T12S R6E, Norco, St. Charles Parish, La; and,
WHEREAS, said property owner has requested waivers to minimum square footage for Lot 21B and frontage width for Lot 23B.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, does hereby provide this supporting resolution to Anthony Alack to endorse the positive Planning & Zoning Commission decision regarding PZS-2007-04 for a resubdivision Lots 21A & 24A, Square M, Good Hope Subdivision into Lots 21B, 23B & 24B, with waivers to minimum lot size for Lot 21B and minimum frontage width for Lot 23B. Square M, Good Hope Subdivision situated in Section 6, T12S R6E, Norco, St. Charles Parish, La.
