Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of John F. Vicknair for - "VIP Inspection Services, LLC" - a home inspection company at 16 Magnolia Drive, Destrehan, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Council has established the requirement of both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of John F. Vicknair would require Louisiana State licensing for a home inspection company.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by John F. Vicknair, 16 Magnolia Drive, Destrehan is for - "VIP Inspection Services, LLC" - home inspection company.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant John F. Vicknair a home occupation permit for a home inspection company.
