Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of John Motta - "Motta Painting & Decorating" - a painting company at 195 Carolyn Drive, Destrehan, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of John Motta would require Louisiana State licensing for a painting company.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by John Motta, 195 Carolyn Drive, Destrehan, La. is for - "Motta Painting Company" - a painting company is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant John Motta a home occupation permit for a painting company.
