RESOLUTION NO.
Title
A resolution to appoint Ms. Frances (Annie) F. Harmon to the St. Charles Parish Library Board of Control as the District II Representative.
Body
WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the ST. CHARLES PARISH LIBRARY BOARD OF CONTROL due to the expiration of the term of Ms. Deborah A. Raziano on April 1, 2021; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Ms. Frances (Annie) F. Harmon 100 Gregory Drive, Luling, Louisiana 70070 is hereby appointed to the ST. CHARLES PARISH LIBRARY BOARD OF CONTROL as the District II Representative.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this appointment shall be effective as of IMMEDIATELY and expire APRIL 1, 2026.
The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
