Title
A resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization to McCracken Enterprises to endorse the positive Planning & Zoning Commission decision regarding PZS-2007-50 for construction approval and modification to the preliminary plat of Glastonbury Subdivision, being a resubdivision of a portion of Lots 5B-1 and 6C Fashion Plantation into Lots 101 through 226, Parcels A, B, & C in Sections 5, 6, 76, & 77, T13S-R20E, St. Charles Parish, Louisiana, by approving a waiver to the block length from 1,500 feet to 2,500-feet and a temporary waiver to pave the required stub out.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981 (as amended) requires both Planning & Zoning Commission approval and a supporting resolution of the Parish Council for waivers to the block length requirement and the requirement to pave streets; and,
WHEREAS, the property owner, McCracken Enterprises wishes to have formal construction approval and modification to the preliminary plat of Glastonbury Subdivision with approval of a waiver to the required block length from 1,500-feet to 2,500-feet and a temporary waiver to pave the required stub out.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, does hereby provide this supporting resolution to McCracken Enterprises to endorse the positive Planning & Zoning Commission decision regarding PZS-2007-50 to formal construction approval and modification to the preliminary plat of Glastonbury Subdivision with approval of a waiver to the required block length from 1,500-feet to 2,500-feet and a temporary waiver to pave the required stub out.
