Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Vicki Dunn - "Vicki's Poolside Salon" - a hair salon at 124 Edna Drive, Des Allemands La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Vicki Dunn would require Louisiana State licensing for a hair salon.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Vicki Dunn, 124 Edna Drive, Des Allemands, La. is for - "Vicki's Poolside Salon" - a hair salon is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Vicki Dunn a home occupation permit for a hair salon.
