IN RECOGNITION
WHEREAS, Ashley Carey Woolledge is a resident of Marrero, Louisiana, in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana. Her parents are David and Jeanie Woolledge, and her sister is Kelly; and,
WHEREAS, Ashley graduated from Immaculata High School where she graduated top thirteen in her class with a 4.2 GPA and received the Principal's Award and now is a Junior at Nicholls State University majoring in Mass Communication specializing in Public Relations; and,
WHEREAS, Ashley was chosen as the representative of the Luling/Boutte Lions Club Spring Festival Pageant on April 29, 2007. Ashley competed with two other contestants and was crowned the 2007 Miss Luling/Boutte Lions Club Spring Festival Queen I; and,
WHEREAS, as the 2007 Miss Luling/Boutte Lions Club Spring Festival Queen I, Ashley will travel throughout the State of Louisiana attending festivals and proudly representing the Luling/Boutte Lions Club.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL AND THE PARISH PRESIDENT, do hereby offer this tribute and recognition to
