The Parish of St. Charles
      IN   MEMORIAM
WHEREAS, on June 28, 2000, Almighty God, in His Infinite Wisdom, saw fit to call from amongst us one of His most worthy servants, Larry "Tank" Martinez; and,
 
WHEREAS, Larry "Tank" Martinez was both a loving husband and father and a dedicated Public Servant; and,
 
WHEREAS, Larry "Tank" Martinez was employed by the Parish of St. Charles for thirty-one (31) years, working for the Department of Waterworks and he also had many years of volunteer service with the St. Charles Parish Sheriff's Office; and,
 
WHEREAS, on behalf of all citizens of St. Charles Parish, the Parish Council and the Parish President wish to posthumously honor LARRY "TANK" MARTINEZ as an outstanding and dedicated Public Servant of the Parish of St. Charles.
 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL AND THE PARISH PRESIDENT, duly assembled on this 5th day of September, 2000, do hereby express our sincere sympathy to the family of

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that when this meeting is adjourned, it shall be done in memory of LARRY "TANK" MARTINEZ.
